About me

The professional side

I am a technologist and entrepreneur with a proven record of delivering successful products. I am very strong in basic physics and application engineering. I take ownership of the products I build and believe in creating value using design thinking. I am good at project management and stakeholder management.

I’ve accumulated a wealth of experience in software, embedded systems and automation. I look to take up new and exciting technical challenges. I love learning new things and I take my time to sharpen my axe before diving into solving problems.

I believe in team building and developing good relationships with senior as well as junior level colleagues. I have mentored a handful of people in and outside work and I used to volunteer to teach engineering and physics to high school students.

The personal side

I consider myself to be an empathetic person, with a flair for developing minimally intrusive relationships where ideas are exchanged without judgement. I also believe in data driven decision making and I am very good with logical thinking and data analysis.

I am emotionally strong, having developed an acute awareness of my emotional states through various difficult periods of my life. I value my emotional quotient and believe that my intuition has something to offer and should not be dismissed easily. I also firmly believe that time spent with my family and personal hobbies is essential to lead a quality balanced life. I have previously experienced times of immense workload and burnout and I proudly say that the days of unsustainable work levels are behind me. I have developed a very good work-ethic and have honed my finely sharpened skill of working at peak efficiency for a sustainable amount of time. I am happily married to my college girlfriend and we love to spend our time with writing, art and cooking. We have a pet dog, Happy, a golden retriever true to her name. Thank you for reading this.
